Educator preparation programs (EPPs) and school district partners must work closely together to fund sustainability paid residencies and meet campus and district instructional needs. To support this partnership, Texas Strategic Staffing provides technical assistance (TA) and professional learning to help districts and EPPs design and implement staffing models that fulfill immediate instructional needs, accelerate student learning, and develop a high-quality teacher pipeline.
